- Prepare 10-12 of Shiitake Mushrooms.

- Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions.
- Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper.
- Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork.
- Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked.
- Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture.
- Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve.
