  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.

  1. First cut hard stalk from coriander and its roots ,clean ,cut to small pieces ,add in pestel and mortar,grind it.
  2. Add salt,coriander seeds ,grind well.
  3. Add garlic,grind to make fine paste.
  4. Add to pork bowl,seasoning with soy sauce and oyster sauce ,marinate at least 2 hours or use immediately.
