- Mix all ingredients with sliced pork belly,except garlic and pepper,bring to boil in low heat until water dissolve,lets bacon fry in there until crispy,drain out bacon fat ,remove to a bowl.
- With little bacon oil,fry crushed garlic on low heat until lightly brown,add bacon,pepper,mix well,then serve hot over steamed jasmine rice,or only dipping with my spicy sauce :).
