- Preheat oven to 400°F.

- Put meat in a baking dish with lime juice ans water.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 hours or until meat is falling apart.
- Add carne asada seasoning and mix through the meat.
- Place meat back in oven, uncovered for about an hour or until top bits get slightly crispy and most if not all moisture is gone from bottom of baking dish.
